Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Oranta Work collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our job-search platform, mobile app, and ChatGPT integration (MCP).

Data we access

• Account email, display name, and authentication credentials (hashed passwords).
• Profile summary: skills, seniority, remote preferences, and career goals — not full raw CV files unless you upload them.
• Job listings from your Oranta Work review queue and fit scores computed by our service.
• Application drafts, approval status, and presentation statuses.
• OAuth tokens and scoped API keys for ChatGPT / third-party integrations (hashed at rest, revocable).

Data we do not access

• Job-board login passwords stored in AutoPass vault (browser profiles on your device or server-side encrypted vault — never exposed via ChatGPT tools).
• Admin-only endpoints or other users' data.
• Automatic submission of applications without your explicit action in Oranta Work (Phase 1 ChatGPT integration cannot submit applications).

How we use data

We use your data to match jobs, generate drafts, track application status, and provide support. AI features may send job descriptions and profile summaries to LLM providers (OpenAI or configured alternatives) under our data-processing agreements. Job descriptions from external boards are treated as untrusted content.

Third parties

• OpenAI — when you connect the ChatGPT app, conversation and tool calls are subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Hosting — infrastructure providers (e.g. Hetzner) under EU-appropriate agreements.
• Telegram — optional support bot; do not send passwords or 2FA codes via Telegram.

Storage and retention

Job and application data is stored in PostgreSQL on our servers. You may export or delete your account via Oranta Work account settings. Audit logs for AI tools actions are retained for security and support.

Your controls

• Revoke ChatGPT access: disconnect in ChatGPT settings or revoke OAuth consent.
• Revoke scoped API keys: account settings → AI tools credentials.
• Contact support for data access or deletion requests.
