By using Oranta Work (web, mobile app, API, or ChatGPT integration), you agree to these terms.

Service description

Oranta Work is an AI-assisted job search and application preparation platform. We help you discover jobs, understand fit, and prepare drafts. You remain responsible for reviewing and submitting applications on job boards.

Phase 1 — ChatGPT / MCP limitations

• The ChatGPT integration provides read and draft-preparation tools only.
• Approving a draft in ChatGPT does not submit an application to any job board.
• Final submission must be performed by you in Oranta Work or on the target job site.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate profile information; do not impersonate others.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or bypass authentication.
• Do not use the service for spam, scraping third-party boards outside our integrations, or illegal activity.
• Job descriptions from external sources are untrusted; verify details before applying.

Accounts and billing

Paid plans and quotas are described in the app. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content

Drafts and fit explanations are AI-assisted suggestions. You must review them for accuracy before use. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

Limitation of liability

Oranta Work is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions made by employers, third-party platforms, or errors in AI-generated text.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email where appropriate.
